During one of my doctor visits early on in the pregnancy the MD told me about breast massage. He said that the influx of hormones and milk production was going to make my breasts swell up and that was likely to cause discomfort. The body changes when you’re pregnant! He also told me that breast massage would help with the swelling and make them feel better. I thought it was a mechanical thing. Little did I know how much fun it would be.
